As everyone knows that I'm always concern about my health .. eating good food, drinking lots of water (-water) and doing lots of exercise .... yeah ... right. I just found out lately that ice skating is one of the two sports (swimming and ice skating) that I like. I even bought a pair of ice skates after I got a big big goose egg right on the back of my head from the first time on ice. And another thing that amazed people was I went there for the second time by myself. It's really unusual of me to do things alone.
Anyway, this was my third time and I had asked lots of people to come and have fun with me. Some people couldn't make it because they get so tired from skiing/sledding yesterday or some people never showed up at all (what a frodo they are!). We, Lillian, Dan, Clay, Holly, Kai and I went to Lynah rink on campus. Unfortunately, Brendan couldn't make it because he had soccer game at the same time. Lots of people were there at the rink plus all the "cool kids" that skate really fast and scratch off the nice ice surface which made me fall several times. If you want to know who get to lay down on ice the most - it was me. But like Clay said that I made out of rubber so I'm fine. Poor Kai though, his ankles hurt.
It was such a nice and relaxing work out on Sunday night. Lillian and I are talking about going there more often so if anyone is interested or feel like ice skating please count on us!
Too bad that we don't have pictures of everyone all together but next time ;).

Wow JyJY, maybe I should be concerned about my health too. After one day of sledding, I couldn't keep up with you at all. Do you think you can give me some diet advice so I can start eating healthier like you?
Jijy's diet advice might be pork, beef, mutton, plus growing uneatable plants and saving good stuff as cookies, cakes, nuts for us. Anyway, don't forget to count me on for next ice-skating----a word from one of those 'frodo's.
Ice skating = excellent fun. We should go again, so you can lap me a few more times! --- Holly
Great photos on your Flickr site! I love seeing the Byway in winter. Maybe I will use one for a painting idea. The website looks great with the new background!
